Solving an equation is no mean feat. But with the right approach, it's not all that difficult either.

This equation will be considered the easiest equation which is not solved!  It is also known as the Collatz problem or the hailstone problem.

The function is

The specialty of this function is whatever number you take it eventually decreases to one(1). Like if you take a number even then divide with 2 whatever value came if it is 

odd then multiply with 3 and add 1

And then repeat itself.
